We will be completing repairs for all Raymond Weil watches. They sell thousands of watches each month and any time one of these requires a repair (in guarantee or out of guarantee) either the jeweller or customer will return the watch to Raymond Weil who then performs the repair.

At this moment, Raymond Weil, like many other watch brands struggle to manage how many ‘in-house’ watchmakers and technicians they require for the number of repairs coming in. Their solution to this is to hire enough staff to cover the minimum amount of repairs they receive and to outsource the overflow to carefully vetted and trusted watch repair service centres such as ourselves who have maintained a close working relationship with them over the last 7 years.

Who is Raymond Weil?

In 1976, during a crisis in the watch industry, Mr Raymond Weil founded his own company and set out to create watches that would revolutionise the industry. His creations were quickly appreciated by watch enthusiasts – amateur and professional alike. Once firmly settled in Switzerland, he began exploring Europe and the rest of the world to assemble an international network. Today, Raymond Weil is a renowned brand and one of the flagship brands of the Swiss watchmaking sector.

We are a premier watch repair specialist in Nottingham, repairing hundreds of watches every month. A few years ago, we got to know the area representative for Raymond Weil through networking with local jewellers. From the jeweller’s recommendation, the representative began to use us for minor repairs. We have kept a close working relationship with the company including the CEO. In the last 7 years, they have visited our workshop, been to dinner meetings and invited us on a consultation basis to help with their stock at Signet Jewellers (the owners of Ernest Jones and H.Samuel).

It offers them the flexibility to send as many or as few repairs to us depending on their capacity and demand at any given time. Raymond Weil is still a family-run business that puts its customers at the centre of its focus and this agreement reflects that.

What work will Tick King be carrying out?

We will be completing all types of work, including repairs, servicing and battery replacements. You can send or bring in your Raymond Weil watches to us if the watch is outside of the guarantee (usually 3 years after purchase). How long will repairs take?

Lead times on Raymond Weil watches depend on the type of repair. Full service and overhauls are typically 4-6 weeks, and minor repairs such as new dials or battery replacements, are typically completed and returned within one week. We’ll be completing around 40 repairs each week and we offer a 1 year guarantee on all repairs and watches will be sent and received using a fully insured courier for your peace of mind.
