There are hundreds of tiny moving parts within a watch movement that work together perfectly by design to provide accurate timekeeping. Most watch movements are designed and manufactured to a high standard to reduce wear/friction between parts however, just as you will need to service your car, watches also require care and attention. If a watch is not serviced regularly, parts can wear rapidly due to lubrication oils becoming viscous and will need replacing.

- Stripping the watch in to each individual part.
- These parts are all cleaned professionally using state of the art machinery and specific chemicals.
- Once each part is thoroughly cleaned, each part is scrutinised for wear or damage and repaired or replaced as necessary.
- The watch is then re-assembled and lubricated with the correct lubrication oils before being put through regulation and other quality control tests.
- Whilst the movement is going through strict quality control testing, the casing and bracelet (if applicable) of the watch is cleaned and polished to impress.
